• Warranty Period:
  Viettrans offers a 6-month warranty on all translations. This warranty period applies to both notarized translation orders and content translations, providing you with long-term assurance of our service quality.

• Error Resolution:
  During the 6-month warranty period, if you discover any errors in the content or issues with notarization seals and authentication stamps, you can promptly contact our Project Management Team via our hotlines.

• Professional Support:
  Our team of expert translators will swiftly and professionally address and rectify any issues to ensure your complete satisfaction. We are committed to maintaining the accuracy and integrity of your translated documents.

Exchange & Refund Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes disrupt the smooth execution of our services. To accommodate such situations, Viettrans offers flexible Exchange and Refund Policies under the following conditions:

1. Service Cancellation Before Commencement

• Scenario:
  If you place an order but decide to cancel before Viettrans has commenced any part of the project.

• Refund:
  You are entitled to a 100% refund of the fees paid.

2. Partial Service Completion

• Scenario:
  If you have ordered a service and Viettrans has completed a portion of the project, but you later request cancellation.

• Refund:
  Fees for the completed portion will be deducted, and you will receive a refund for the remaining uncompleted services.

3. Force Majeure

• Scenario:
  Due to unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances, Viettrans is unable to complete the service.

• Refund:
